Hey family!! Sorry it’s been a few days. Work has had me on 13-hour shifts, so writing took a back seat for a minute. But I’ve been having the weirdest dreams lately, and I figured we should talk about it.

No need for notifications.
No need for expectations.
No version of yourself you need to uphold.

You don’t decide to go there.
You simply fall… and something else takes over.

REM sleep is often described as a biological function, a maintenance cycle, a neurological housekeeping shift. But anyone who has woken from a vivid dream knows that description barely scratches the surface. Something deeply personal happens there. Something symbolic. Something intelligent.

This is the space where the subconscious finally gets the microphone.
