We live in a culture that teaches us how to keep going, but not how to change.
We’re shown how to work harder, adapt faster, and stay productive no matter what’s happening around us. What we’re not taught is how to emotionally, mentally, or spiritually process the enormous social and economic shifts shaping our lives right now.
Rising costs. Unstable work. Shifting family structures. Disappearing guarantees. Constant pressure to “figure it out” while the ground beneath us keeps moving.
When life changes this quickly, something inside us has to change too. And yet, our culture offers very little guidance for navigating that internal transition.
This is where spiritual awakening often begins, not in escape, not in enlightenment fantasies, but in learning how to live honestly inside change. So lets get into it.
