I bid you a good evening!

There was a time when I explained everything.

My feelings.
My choices.
My boundaries.
Even my silence.

Not because I wanted to, but because my body felt like it had to.

If you’ve noticed yourself getting quieter lately, less inclined to explain, less reactive with words, this isn’t a sign that you’re pulling away from people or becoming emotionally unavailable.

It’s usually a sign that something inside you has finally settled.

Silence, in this phase, isn’t distance.
It’s regulation.

And there’s a big difference between the two.
