Worry has a way of sneaking in real quietly.
It doesn’t always appear as panic.
Sometimes it looks like overthinking.
Sometimes it sounds like “What if?”
Sometimes it shows up the moment the room goes quiet.
For a long time, I thought worry meant I was being responsible. Prepared. Aware.
What I eventually learned is this: worry isn’t awareness.
It’s energy leaking into futures that don’t exist yet.
This isn’t a “just think positive” post.
This is real life, lived experience, and what actually helped me stop letting anxiety run the show.
